Physical activity can provide an outlet for your emotions, especially if you’re about to erupt. If you feel your anger escalating, go for a brisk walk or run, or spend some time doing other favorite physical activities. Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that can leave you feeling happier and more relaxed than you were before you worked out. :

I have been in the presence of plenty of motivational speakers. As a sales person, the beginning of every year was ushered in by a motivational speaker who would lift us up so that we were ready to face the thousands of challenges facing us the whole year.
These motivational speakers were great. But, Naseer Khan stands out from them all as the foremost leader in his field. Spend time with him and you change. You’re not just motivated for the day. You literally feel yourself changing. So, what is it that makes Naseer Khan so different from the rest?
After studying a handful and seeing the relevant patterns, I know what makes Naseer Khan so different. He has answers. He has tools. His words are real life, ready to use now and relevant to everyone. His words aren’t empty. They don’t just lift you up and leave you hanging without the tools you need to make them work. That’s why I believe Naseer Khan is the best motivational speaker in India.
Naseer makes learning fun. We enjoy each minute in his presence. We don’t sit staring at the PPT slides even for a second. His wisdom is profound.

Motivational speaking

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Jason Lewis of Expedition 360 giving a motivational talk at a business conference in London, UK.
A motivational speaker or inspirational speaker is a speaker who makes speeches intended to motivate or inspire an audience. Business entities may employ motivational speakers (for example) to communicate company strategy with clarity, to help employees to see the future in a positive light, and to inspire workers to pull together.[1] The talk itself is often known as a pep talk.
